With more than 35 years in commercial real estate, including leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, and Lee & Associates, Dwight has led hundreds of brokers across markets nationwide. But developing people has always been at the heart of his work—coaching young brokers, building training programs, creating business plans, and helping professionals develop the confidence and skills to succeed independently.
