With nearly two decades of experience in design, marketing, storytelling, and creative leadership, Angie has helped build successful brands, develop high-performing teams, and turn complex ideas into messages people immediately understand. At Strix, she helps CRE firms clarify their value, tell better stories, and create marketing that helps the right clients see why they should choose them.

But Angie’s work has always been as much about people as brands. She has spent her career coaching and developing talent, understanding what motivates people, and helping them get unstuck so they can see (and reach) more of their potential. That combination of storytelling, behavior, and coaching also makes her an integral part of Strix Academy, where she helps early-career brokers better understand themselves, connect with others, communicate their value, and build careers that fit who they are.
